  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Simply email us with your order details, and our team will assist you.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel as it is already on its way to you.
